Please note that the 2015 Annual General Meeting will take place as follows:

All members are encouraged to attend this meeting. Nominations are invited for the election of officers, which must be proposed and seconded using the attached reply slip.
Nominations must be received by the club secretary Mick Holt, The School House, 30 The Crescent, Brinklow, at least 7 days prior to the AGM. The closing date for nominations is therefore 1st July 2015.
